-
A
Only managers care about compliance
-
B

-
C

-
D
Compliance is a one-time event
Why this is the answer
A strong responsible-service culture is one in which every staff member — not just managers — understands the importance of responsible service and consistently practices it, with management actively supporting and reinforcing those standards. In such a culture, checking IDs, monitoring intoxication, and refusing service appropriately are simply 'how things are done,' even when busy. This shared commitment provides the best protection against violations and harm. Building and sustaining this culture through training, supervision, and example is one of the most important things a manager can do.
