Why this is the answer
The VEA assesses teamwork and the ability to balance independence with cooperation. Accepting appropriate, legitimate help to ensure the mail is delivered on time reflects good teamwork and a focus on the shared goal of timely, accurate delivery — provided the work is coordinated so nothing is missed or duplicated. Refusing reasonable help out of pride, or conversely offloading your entire responsibility, both miss the mark. The strongest answers on the exam show that you value getting the job done well as a team while still carrying your own fair share of the work.
