About the Alabama Insurance exam
The Alabama Insurance exam is administered by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Like every state, Alabama adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $75 exam fee.
- Alabama uses Pearson VUE for all insurance licensing exams; background check required.
