About the Florida Insurance exam
Florida Department of Insurance. Like every state, Florida adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $54 exam fee.
- Florida uses Pearson VUE for insurance licensing; some license types require a fingerprint background check.
