About the Georgia Insurance exam
The Georgia Insurance exam is administered by the Georgia Department of Driver Services. Like every state, Georgia adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $63 exam fee.
- Georgia uses PSI Exams; background check is required for all license applicants.
