About the Kansas Insurance exam
The Kansas Insurance exam is administered by the Kansas Division of Vehicles. Like every state, Kansas adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $50 exam fee.
- Kansas uses Pearson VUE for insurance licensing; background check required.
