About the Washington Insurance exam
The Washington Insurance exam is administered by the Washington Department of Licensing. Like every state, Washington adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $60 exam fee.
- Washington uses PSI Exams; fingerprint background check required.
