About the Arizona NCLEX exam
Arizona Board of Nursing. Like every state, Arizona adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- NCLEX + state licensing fee: approximately $200 NCLEX fee + $150 AZ fee.
- State nursing board: Arizona State Board of Nursing (AZBN).
- Arizona is an NLC member; a single multi-state licence is issued to qualifying applicants whose primary residence is Arizona.
