Which task can the LPN appropriately delegate to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/UAP)?

Delegation to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP/CNA) follows the 'Five Rights of Delegation' (NCSBN): RIGHT TASK, RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCE, RIGHT PERSON, RIGHT DIRECTION/COMMUNICATION, RIGHT SUPERVISION.
