About the Arizona Real Estate exam
Arizona Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Arizona adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $75 exam fee; $60 license fee.
- Arizona requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education — one of the higher requirements nationally.
