About the Arkansas Real Estate exam
The Arkansas Real Estate exam is administered by the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. Like every state, Arkansas adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $75 exam fee; $50 license fee.
- Arkansas requires 60 hours of pre-licensing education; the Real Estate Commission oversees both salesperson and broker licensing.
