About the District of Columbia Real Estate exam
The District of Columbia Real Estate exam is administered by the District of Columbia Real Estate Commission. Like every state, District of Columbia adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $51 exam fee; $200 license fee.
- DC requires 60 hours of pre-licensing education; the DCRA administers licensing through PSI.
