About the Idaho Real Estate exam
Idaho Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Idaho adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $88 exam fee; $160 license fee.
- Idaho requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education for salesperson applicants; administered by PSI through the IREC.
