About the Indiana Real Estate exam
Indiana Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Indiana adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $53 exam fee; $60 license fee.
- Indiana requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education for salesperson applicants; the PLA administers licensing.
