About the Kentucky Real Estate exam
The Kentucky Real Estate exam is administered by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Like every state, Kentucky adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $75 exam fee; $130 license fee.
- Kentucky requires 96 hours of pre-licensing education; the KREC administers licensing through PSI.
