About the Louisiana Real Estate exam
Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Louisiana adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $85 exam fee; $45 license fee.
- Louisiana requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education; the LREC administers licensing and Pearson VUE administers the exam.
