About the Maine Real Estate exam
Maine Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Maine adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $85 exam fee; $100 license fee.
- Maine requires 55 hours of pre-licensing education; the Real Estate Commission administers licensing.
