About the Maryland Real Estate exam
Maryland Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Maryland adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $44 exam fee; $90 license fee.
- Maryland requires 60 hours of pre-licensing education; the MREC administers licensing and PSI administers the exam.
