About the Missouri Real Estate exam
The Missouri Real Estate exam is administered by the Missouri Department of Revenue. Like every state, Missouri adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $62 exam fee; $150 license fee.
- Missouri requires 48 hours of pre-licensing education; the MREC administers licensing through PSI.
