About the Montana Real Estate exam
Montana Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Montana adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $60 exam fee; $130 license fee.
- Montana requires 70 hours of pre-licensing education; the Montana Board of Realty Regulation administers licensing.
