About the Nebraska Real Estate exam
Nebraska Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Nebraska adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $75 exam fee; $90 license fee.
- Nebraska requires 60 hours of pre-licensing education; the NREC administers licensing through PSI.
