About the Nevada Real Estate exam
Nevada Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Nevada adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $100 exam fee; $140 license fee.
- Nevada requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education; the NRED administers licensing through PSI.
