About the New Jersey Real Estate exam
New Jersey Real Estate Commission. Like every state, New Jersey adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $53 exam fee; $160 license fee.
- New Jersey requires 75 hours of pre-licensing education; the NJREC administers licensing.
