About the New Mexico Real Estate exam
New Mexico Real Estate Commission. Like every state, New Mexico adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $95 exam fee; $270 license fee.
- New Mexico requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education; the NMREC administers licensing.
