About the North Dakota Real Estate exam
North Dakota Real Estate Commission. Like every state, North Dakota adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.

- North Dakota requires 45 hours of pre-licensing education; the NDREC administers licensing.
