About the Ohio Real Estate exam
Ohio Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Ohio adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $76 exam fee; $135 license fee.
- Ohio requires 120 hours of pre-licensing education — among the higher requirements nationally; the ODRE administers licensing.
