About the Oklahoma Real Estate exam
The Oklahoma Real Estate exam is administered by the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety. Like every state, Oklahoma adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $85 exam fee; $200 license fee.
- Oklahoma requires 90 hours of pre-licensing education; the OREC administers licensing through PSI.
