About the Pennsylvania Real Estate exam
Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Pennsylvania adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $49 exam fee; $96 license fee.
- Pennsylvania requires 75 hours of pre-licensing education; the PAREC administers licensing and PSI administers the exam.
