About the Virginia Real Estate exam
Virginia Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Virginia adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $60 exam fee; $40 license fee.
- Virginia requires 60 hours of pre-licensing education; the VREB administers licensing through PSI.
