About the Wyoming Real Estate exam
Wyoming Real Estate Commission. Like every state, Wyoming adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $50 exam fee; $300 license fee.
- Wyoming requires 54 hours of pre-licensing education; the WREC administers licensing.
