About the Connecticut Motorcycle exam
The Connecticut Motorcycle exam is administered by the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles. Like every state, Connecticut adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $18 endorsement.
- Connecticut's CONNTACT program provides MSF-curriculum training; completion waives the DMV road test requirement.
To get started, read the official Connecticut handbook (linked above), practice with the tests on this page until you consistently score above 80%, and then schedule your exam with the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles.
What's in the Connecticut exam: Practice tests for the motorcycle endorsement written exam. Questions reflect the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum and state-specific motorcycle operator manuals.
