About the Delaware Motorcycle exam
The Delaware Motorcycle exam is administered by the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles. Like every state, Delaware adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $10 endorsement.
- Delaware's MOST program offers MSF courses; course completion waives the road skills test.
