About the District of Columbia Motorcycle exam
The District of Columbia Motorcycle exam is administered by the District of Columbia DMV. Like every state, District of Columbia adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $44 (in DL fee).
- DC DMV accepts MSF Basic RiderCourse completion to waive the road skills test.
