About the Florida Motorcycle exam
The Florida Motorcycle exam is administered by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Like every state, Florida adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $7 endorsement.
- Florida's MSST (Motorcycle Safety Skill Test) can be waived by completing an approved MSF Basic RiderCourse; dozens of providers statewide.
