About the Kentucky Motorcycle exam
The Kentucky Motorcycle exam is administered by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Like every state, Kentucky adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $2 endorsement fee.
- Kentucky's MOTO SAFETY program provides MSF-curriculum training; completion waives the road skills test.
To get started, read the official Kentucky handbook (linked above), practice with the tests on this page until you consistently score above 80%, and then schedule your exam with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
What's in the Kentucky exam: Practice tests for the motorcycle endorsement written exam. Questions reflect the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum and state-specific motorcycle operator manuals.
