About the Louisiana Motorcycle exam
The Louisiana Motorcycle exam is administered by the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles. Like every state, Louisiana adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $32.25 endorsement.
- Louisiana OMV accepts MSF Basic RiderCourse completion in lieu of the road skills test.
