About the Massachusetts Motorcycle exam
The Massachusetts Motorcycle exam is administered by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. Like every state, Massachusetts adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $30 endorsement.
- Massachusetts RMV accepts MSF course completion to waive the road test; numerous MSF-provider sites statewide.
To get started, read the official Massachusetts handbook (linked above), practice with the tests on this page until you consistently score above 80%, and then schedule your exam with the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
What's in the Massachusetts exam: Practice tests for the motorcycle endorsement written exam. Questions reflect the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum and state-specific motorcycle operator manuals.
