About the Minnesota Motorcycle exam
The Minnesota Motorcycle exam is administered by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Like every state, Minnesota adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $22.25 endorsement.
- Minnesota's MSF Safety Center Program offers training; course completion waives the DVS road skills test.
To get started, read the official Minnesota handbook (linked above), practice with the tests on this page until you consistently score above 80%, and then schedule your exam with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety.
What's in the Minnesota exam: Practice tests for the motorcycle endorsement written exam. Questions reflect the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) curriculum and state-specific motorcycle operator manuals.
