About the South Carolina Motorcycle exam
The South Carolina Motorcycle exam is administered by the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. Like every state, South Carolina adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Exam / licence fee: approximately $2.50 endorsement.
- South Carolina accepts MSF Basic RiderCourse completion to waive the SCDMV road skills test.
