About the West Virginia Motorcycle exam
The West Virginia Motorcycle exam is administered by the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles. Like every state, West Virginia adopts the federal standards as a baseline and adds state-specific requirements, fees, and procedures.

- West Virginia DMV accepts MSF Basic RiderCourse completion to waive the road skills test.
